- Call Center / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $18 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / PTO / 401k match - As a Patient Scheduling Rep you'll : Provide call center-based scheduling, registration and patient access services to hospitals, healthcare networks and physician practice groups;
- Collect all required patient information, including scheduling, pre-registration, and insurance verification; Answer, screen, and process requests and telephone inquiries with adherence to HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality policies and procedures;
